Hey all! I'm happy to have found this MT community; I've already
enjoyed the interaction with several inhabitants. Everyone has been extremely
helpful.
I'm a working mom. I started the CS training this month, October 2005. I work in the systems department of a law firm doing tech support. I have a bachelors in telecommunications; I enjoy the industry very much but hope to do well enough with the MT training that I will have the option to stay home full time or work part time to supplement my income. A single income is just not cutting it right now and it also seems that as my son grows, the cost of his activities grows. :-)
I live in the beautiful Northwest and enjoy many outdoor activities. I'm definitely not a homebody; I'd rather be out hiking or biking on any given day. However, you will now find me glued to my desk trying to get through this course. :-)
