Welcome to #MTville's home on the Web! MTville is an IRC channel on Undernet. Our group is made up of MTs (medical transcriptionists), MT students, and others interested in the profession. We were founded in March of 2005. The channel was officially registered with Undernet on March 26, 2005 (our birthday!).

If you are an IRC newbie, click here to access the chat room via the Web. See you there! (This is a java based program.) Make sure you tell it NO when it asks about blocking unsafe content. I assure you it is safe. If you do not tell it no to this question, it will not work.

Op Listing with Undernet Usernames

Sometimes regulars are bestowed with special powers. In MTville, we refer to them as our deputies.
CURRENT MTVILLE DEPUTIES: Goat (Goat is also our mascot! He isn't an MT, but he's an adorable, self-professed MT groupie. We wuv our goat!) and Hornet^. Hornet^ is one of the founding members of MTville, however, he has left the world of MT and voluntarily gave up his Op position when he did.
